She has been practicing meditation for more than ten years. She has trained with Venerable Buddhist Monks in Thailand, and in The USA. She has taken several meditation courses and retreats from The Middle Way Meditation, Vipassana-Meditation as thought by V.S. Goenka, The Art of Living Foundation, and Isha Foundation among others.
Meditation has greatly impacted her life in a positive way. Her passion is to help making this ancient practice accessible to everyone who is interested in learning the art of going within.
