Weekly Meditation Practice
This group is for anyone who is interested in meditation and mindfulness practice regardless of gender, age, nationality and religion. The Middle Way Meditation is the technique that teaches about the center of the body as the natural home of the human mind and an unlimited source of joy. Come and learn more.
